A chip in every linen in your hotel. You keep your laundry and gain the control over your pieces that you don't have today.

The problem
That's why it's done once or twice a year, and the rest of the time you run on estimates.
They stay in a room, leave with a guest, get torn. Losses show up when they're already big.
Too much so you don't run short, or too little and you scramble. Neither is cheap.
It all comes from the same place: counting by hand is so expensive you can't do it often. If counting were free, the problem would disappear.
How it gets solved
About the size of a size label, sewn into the hem. A reader counts hundreds of pieces per second, from 30 meters away and without taking them off the shelf.
The installation
We sew the chip into your inventory, piece by piece.
Each chip is linked to an item, with its date.
Two readers ready and your team trained in one afternoon.
Maintenance, new chips and the platform active.
Your current laundry doesn't change and doesn't have to do anything different. The system is yours, and it measures what goes in and out without depending on anyone.
What changes in your operation
Close the storeroom, count by hand and enter the data. Once or twice a year.
One walk-through with the reader. As often as you want, without closing anything.
In operation
Recorded in our operation. At your hotel the motion is identical: one sweep over the cart and the count shows up on its own.
Add-on
We install control gates at your doors. They read the pieces that cross on their own, so inventory keeps moving even if nobody picks up the reader.
What goes out to your laundry and what comes back is logged as it crosses the door. No reliance on your provider and no scanning by your team.
If a piece is heading out, the system alerts you. Quietly to the front desk where guests are, and with a sound at service and staff doors.
Gates are quoted separately from the installation, based on how many doors you want to cover.
The platform
Every count updates the dashboard. The number you see is from the latest round, not from a spreadsheet that's six months old.
| Item | Total | In storage | At the laundry | Avg. useful life |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| King sheet | 612 | 401 | 211 | |
| Full/Queen sheet | 840 | 522 | 318 | |
| Pillowcase | 1,024 | 690 | 334 | |
| Bath towel | 596 | 381 | 215 | |
| Hand towel | 340 | 186 | 154 |
The platform
Where it is, how many washes it has and how much life it has left. That's what you use to budget next quarter's replacements.
The platform
Pieces that stop showing up are listed automatically, with the date they were last seen. That's how you catch losses while they're still small.
Investment
If your hotel needs more than 6,000 pieces, the number of chips is adjusted.
No minimum term. The readers are yours from installation.
US dollars, before taxes. Additional readers, chips beyond the 100 per month and control gates at the doors are quoted separately.
We tag the inventory of a single floor and show you the count with your own linens. One afternoon, no commitment.
With your own pieces.
And you compare it against your hand count.
Even if you don't hire us.
The prices in this presentation are not a contract.
