1. Invitation to Begin Service:
- Waitlist members will receive an official email invitation in January 2025, when we begin receiving orders. This email will include all the final terms, conditions, and a detailed outline of the benefits you’ll receive as a waitlist member.
2. No Obligation to Order:
- Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to use our service. You are free to decide whether or not to place an order once the service officially launches. However, only those companies who signed up for the waitlist will be able to receive the benefits.
3. Communication:
- By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from On Laundry, including your official invitation, updates about the service, and any relevant promotions. You can opt out of these communications at any time; however, doing so will forfeit your waitlist benefits.
4. Limited Availability:
- Waitlist spots are limited and based on availability. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate service availability in your area at the time of launch.
