Counting takes hours
Before a shipment goes out, someone has to count it piece by piece. In a mid-size hotel that can take housekeeping up to two hours, every day.

The laundry
We pick up your linens, wash, press and fold them at our plant in Monterrey, and deliver them ready to use.

The problem
Before a shipment goes out, someone has to count it piece by piece. In a mid-size hotel that can take housekeeping up to two hours, every day.
When the shipment comes back and the number doesn't match, the argument starts. Neither side has a record the other accepts, so losses get negotiated instead of solved.
How it works
We install the chip on all your linens and register each piece.
You get a record of what left, how many pieces and at what time.
Washing, pressing and folding at our plant.
The system compares against what we picked up and flags any difference.
You pass the reader over the cart and check it on the spot.
The plant
High-capacity washing, flatwork ironers and a folding line. The system doesn't replace the operation: it measures it.

The system
You get a read-only link. It opens in any browser, on the front desk computer or on your phone, and always shows the real status. No login and no app to install.
Every pickup and every delivery, with its date, time and a breakdown by item. If something didn't come back, the outstanding count is no longer zero.

New · Control gates
We install gates at your doors. They read the pieces that cross on their own, so the record no longer depends on someone remembering to scan.
Today's reads1,284Logged automatically, nothing scanned
Every pickup and every delivery is logged as it crosses the door, with the time.
If a piece is heading out, the system quietly alerts the front desk, so nobody gets a scene over a pool towel.
An add-on to either plan. Quoted by the number of doors you want to cover.
What it solves
A full count of your storeroom in minutes, as often as you want.
Pieces that stop showing up are listed automatically, with their last date.
If a shipment comes back short, you find out without having to check.
Every piece tracks its washes. You know how much it has left.
Which item to budget for next quarter, backed by a number.
The complete path of any piece, movement by movement.
Damaged pieces are reported with a photo and removed from the usable count.
Weekly reports ready to download, without asking for them.
