What makes it smart

A traditional laundry gives you back the linens and a slip. Here each piece has its own identity, and every pickup and delivery is recorded with its time. We have more than 5,000 pieces tagged and tracked.

How it works, step by step

The cycle is the same on every service.

• We tag: we install the chip in all your linens and register each piece.
• We collect and scan: the record shows what left, how many pieces and at what time.
• We process: washing, pressing and folding at our plant.
• We deliver and scan: the system compares against the pickup and flags any difference.
• You verify: pass the reader over the cart and check it on the spot.

The chip

It's the size of a clothing label, sewn into the hem, with no battery. It lasts more than 200 industrial washes and reads from up to 30 meters away.

What you see in the portal

A read-only link, with no login and no app, plus a report every Monday.

• Movements: every pickup and delivery, downloadable as a PDF.
• A single piece: its washes, remaining life and history.
• Inventory: what's in storage, in process and damaged.
• Losses: pieces unseen for more than 30 days and their replacement cost.
• Alerts: what still has to come back.

Control gates

If you'd rather not even pass the reader, we install gates at your doors. They record the pieces crossing the service exit on their own and quietly alert the front desk if a piece heads out the guest exit. They're quoted by the doors you want to cover.
